During 2023, through the Female Mentorship program, fifteen female mentors from the Hemofarm company shared their knowledge with their mentees, providing them with business guidelines and an opportunity for personal development.

“From the simmering of the idea itself to the final conference, we have traveled a unique path. Together we created unforgettable moments, enjoyed several gatherings during the process and inspired changes. We have watched the mentees be encouraged and developed in their roles, not only within our organization, but also outside of it. This is not the end, but the beginning of new chapters and great ventures”, said Jovana Zivkovic, partner for education and talent management, also one of the initiators of the program itself.
