By profession, I am a dentist, by choice, an enthusiast and nature lover, and by title, a mother and wife. By principle, I am loyal, responsible, and dedicated to learning and improvement.<\/span><\/p>\n

My development journey in this business has been tied to Hemofarm from the very beginning and its early days in Sarajevo. Through dynamic work experience, starting from the position of Medical Representative and leading a smaller Sales team, I was ready to take on the responsibility of managing key clients in strategic therapeutic areas for the entire Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.<\/span><\/p>\n

I believe that every improvement process is much easier with a responsible and dedicated mentor. I see the mentoring process as a two-way street filled with constructive advice and inspiration, where the mentor and mentee grow and empower each other together. The role of a mentor in his program is of great value to me and will strive to be of great help to my mentee.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is extremely important that everyone in their work environment, especially if it is predominantly female, contributes to strengthening female solidarity, to empowering women’s roles in leadership, and to supporting them in career development.<\/span><\/p>\n

As someone who has spent over 20 years in this business, I am extremely pleased to have the opportunity to share my experience with others through this program. Throughout my career, I have faced many challenges, but I have also had the opportunity to learn from more experienced colleagues and grow through their advice and support. Now, I want to provide that same kind of support to young professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n

I will strive to help, inspire, and encourage young colleagues to move forward, but also to know how to set boundaries in their work. I believe it’s important not only to be hardworking and dedicated but also to know how to balance our responsibilities and keep health and well-being as a priority.<\/span><\/p>\n

My name is Tatjana Laki\u0107. I hold a degree in Philology with an academic foundation in language studies and communication. My great interest in technology on one hand, and communication skills acquired through studies and career on the other, have allowed me to apply my expertise in the dynamic field of cybersecurity.<\/span><\/p>\n

My greatest passion in my work is communicating and making cybersecurity topics accessible to people without technical backgrounds through training sessions that I organize within the STADA company. Therefore, communication and understanding cultural and professional differences within the complex STADA system are very important for my job.<\/span><\/p>\n

I would say that as a leader, I am very focused on people and understanding their needs at work. I believe a strong team is made up of motivated individuals willing to work on their professional development.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mentoring programs have been a very important part of my professional growth and maturation. I see the role of a mentor as a two-way process from which both parties learn and develop. I hold a degree in sociology, and my interest in the Human resources sector began during my studies. Immediately after graduating, I started an internship at an FMCG company and quickly realized that I was truly passionate about HR. Over my 13-year long career in various industries, from large FMCG corporations to smaller IT companies, I have developed flexibility, and an understanding of the different challenges one can face as an HR professional.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is a great honor to participate in the mentoring program and to have the opportunity to share my experience. As a businesswoman, wife, and mother, I am aware of the challenges of balancing professional and private life that every woman faces. I believe that with the right support, everything is possible, and I look forward to the opportunity to guide someone on their journey and help them achieve their full potential. I am an HR professional with a Ph.D. in developmental psychology and a certified coach in in organizational and leadership fields. I strongly believe in lifelong learning and development, open-mindedness, and human creativity. I am the mother of two talented daughters, and I have a passion for paper books and pilates.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a leader and HR professional, I have experience in consulting, media, and the pharmaceutical industry. Over the years, I have faced personal dilemmas; I’ve won some battles, and now, as I manage HR teams for Eastern Europe, I would like to share my experiences and contribute to the further development of women leaders. The value and knowledge I can share revolve around building relationships with diverse individuals while maintaining authenticity, and I believe this will be valuable for my future mentee.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mentoring is always a great opportunity for personal development for both parties. It goes beyond regular obligations, guides us towards career growth, and motivates us to surpass ourselves.
